Prime Residential Property Management is an innovative agency who is changing the way landlords and tenants look at the traditional real estate agency. We are not run by a sales agent director like most estate agents, we are run by a passionate and dedicated property manager, Melissa Hickson. Melissa has been in the industry for close to 15 years and can see an area in the market for real estate agents who genuinely care about their clients and love their job. This is how Prime Residential Property Management was founded.
Melissa’s vision is to ensure that having a rental property is not hard work and each client, tenant and/or landlord is communicated with effectively.
Prime Residential Property Management have two office locations, one in the Melbourne CBD ( By Appointment only) and one in Point Cook Town Centre ( By Appointment only) although we are fully mobile agents. As our system works off a cloud based system, we can work anywhere and at anytime.
Our systems and technology enable Prime Residential Property Management to lead the rest of the estate agents who are struggling to keep up with the changes in the market and keep up with the changing times.

Melissa has 15 years of property management experience and brings her wealth of knowledge of each and every client that she comes into contact with!

Melissa is self educator that loves to learn new skills to ensure that each property is managed with the utmost care and managed using the most up to date technology available.

Melissa saw a need in the rental market for agents that genuinely care about their clients and their investment properties.

This is how Melissa become the passionate and dedicated Director of of of Melbourne’s top Property Management Agency – Prime Residential Property Management.

Melissa shows true passion for her job and doing what she loves every day will ensure that your investment property will be managed with care and professionalism and not become a headache.

 

In her spare time, Melissa is a fitness junkie that who does F45 interval training every day (sometimes twice!!), plays netball and also goes to the gym! She loves to keep her mind and body focused and driven.

She always enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and also her loving husband Cliff.

We will ensure that your calls and emails are returned as soon as possible of course but we guarantee within 24 business hours!

Inspections, Lease Reviews and Lease Renewals on time

Your inspections, lease renewals and rental reviews will be done on time, every time.

This forms part of a normal property management service provided to you by any agent although almost all of our competitors do not guarantee they will be done on time!

This could cost you thousands of dollars if the tenants are not looking after your property well and the job is not being done correctly!

We guarantee that all inspections will be done within the month they are due and all lease renewals and rental reviews will be done a minimum of 60 days prior to the lease agreement expiring!
