Get direct access to a dedicated property manager

As our tenant, you will be allocated a dedicated property manager at the start of the tenancy that you will meet and form a relationship with and be able to contact them directly.

We make maintenance easy with the tenant portal

Prime Residential Property Management will provide each tenant access to a tenant portal which you can upload any maintenance onto the portal as well as view all of your supporting documents and photos as well as other general information. Any issues will be sent directly through your portal to your property manager for their attention and prompt action.

Move in stress-free

Our aim for our tenants is to ensure that that the move in process and tenancy is as easy and stress free as possible. Our dedicated property managers will ensure that all questions, maintenance and any concerns are addressed and rectified as soon as possible for you. We would like to make your leasing experience the best it can be.

Tenancy applications and approvals

The first step is to complete our tenancy application below. Once submitted, we will contact your references to conduct a background check. We then pass your application to our owner for review and endeavor to get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Once your tenancy application is approved, your property manager will conact you immediately for payment of the bond.

Bond and Rental Payments

Once approved, we will ask you for payment of the bond and one month’s rent in advance.

Electronic Lease Agreement

We issue the rental agreement electronically so its easier for you to sign. With us, it’s easy to secure your new home.

Lease Renewals

We check in with you three months before the end of your lease to see if you will renew – making your life easier.
