Hey guys, Melissa here at Prime Residential. Just a super quick video tonight. I’ve actually just got home. It’s pretty late actually. But I’ve just got home. I’ve been out to an owner’s corporation meeting for a complex that I manage some properties in Hawthorn East. And I just wanted to do a quick video just for those people who actually have apartments or townhouses that may have an owner’s corporation active within the buildings. So as part of the service that the owner’s corporation provides, they’ll do a meeting once a year.

So I’ve actually gone to represent my clients and get a better understanding of what’s happening within the building, where the owner’s money is going and all that kind of stuff. So obviously the owner’s couldn’t be there tonight but we have represented them so this is part of our service to our clients, it’s a complimentary service that we do offer.
