Is Your Property Manager Not Inspecting Your Property On Time?

Video transcription:

Hey there guys, It’s Melissa here at Prime Residential. I just wanted to talk to you about the importance of routine inspections being conducted when they’re due. Today I’m actually at this property at Gladstone Street in South Melbourne and I’m conducting a routine inspection 3 months into the tenancy. These guys moved in 3 months ago and today I’m doing a routine inspection to ensure the property is maintained in excellent condition for the owner.

So some agents are going to come through 6 months into the tenancy. As an agent, you’re actually allowed access anytime after 3 months into the tenancy. So you don’t need to wait 6 months to come through as you can inspect the property 3 months into the tenancy. So it’s really important that your agent is being proactive and organising your routine inspections when they’re due and when we’re able to come into the property.
