Is your agent on top of your inspections REGULARLY or are they being SLACK? Did you know that ROUTINE INSPECTIONS can be done 3 months into the tenancy?
Hey there, guys, it’s Melissa here at Prime Residential. I just wanted to talk to you today about the importance of a routine inspection on your property being conducted when it’s due. So today I’m actually at this property at Gladstone Street in south Melbourne. And I’m doing the routine inspection, which is being done three months into the tenancy. So these guys moved in about three months ago and today I’m doing the first routine inspection to make sure that the property is maintained in an excellent condition for the owner. So some agents are gonna come through your property six months into the tenancy. As an agent, you’re actually allowed access anytime after three months into the tenancy. So you don’t need to wait for six months. They can actually come through three months into the tenancy. So it’s really super important that your agent is actually being pro-active in organizing the routine inspections when they’re due and when we’re able to come into the property. If you’d like to know any more information, please feel free to reach out to me.
