See how easy it was for Dijana, to move into her brand new Melton family home!
Hey there guys, it’s Melissa here at Prime Residential. I’m coming to you from the bathroom of one one six Martin Street in Brighton. I’m just here at one of the apartments doing a routine inspection on behalf of one of our landlords, and I just wanted to jump in and give you guys a quick tip on what to look out for in your routine inspection report from your managing agent. Now, it’s really important that your tenant, throughout the course of their tenancy, maintains a shower screen in a neat and tidy condition, to make sure it’s free of soap scum and grime. They need to regularly wipe down the shower, they need to regularly wipe down the tiles, and the grout, and the shower screen, to make sure it’s in a good condition, and there’s no further damage to the shower when the tenants move out of the property. Make sure that your agent is contacting the tenants if there is soap scum on the shower to eliminate any further issues when your tenants move out of the property. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I’m super happy with these guys, they look after the shower in a great condition, and I couldn’t be happier. Take care, have a great day.
