Tenants want transparency. Tenants want exactly what you, as a landlord, want. They wanna make sure that their calls are returned, that their emails are returned, that their maintenance is being done, and that the property is cared for and that they have access to their property manager. If you, as the landlord, are struggling to get in contact with your property manager, imagine how your tenants feel. So this is a really great opportunity to review and have a think about what your tenants want.
