What is happening in the local Wyndham rental market?

local Wyndham rental market? Properties at the minute are leasing really, really well. There’s a high demand for three to four bedroom homes in the Hoppers Crossing Tarneit area. And there’s a lot of people that are actually relocating that are actually moving to our area. So rents are quite good price and are quite affordable for people that are relocating from other areas such as Sydney and we’re finding a lot of people coming over from interstate. And they are starting new jobs, their kids are starting school, so it’s a really, really great time to rent out your property.
